Wellington Eye Centre’s story is an example of how a well-established company with outstanding credentials can benefit from a new approach.

Founder Andrew Logan has been in practice for over 20 years and established a strong reputation as a leading New Zealand eye surgeon. When the centre brought PeopleNZ on board they were looking for help to move from a reactive to a more proactive way of running their business.

The business has implemented and automated their proccesses & systems with apropriate reporting dashboards. These dashboards have ensured they have their finger on the pulse of the business. These changes have resulted in the practise moving forward in an exciting way.
